What is the difference between a room and a cottage booking?
A room is an overnight stay, booked by the night — you check in from 2:00 PM and check out by 12:00 PM the following day. A cottage is day use: a shaded spot by the pools that is yours for a single day, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Cottages have no overnight component at all.
How do I pay?
Bookings are paid online through Maya, which accepts Maya wallet, GCash, credit and debit cards. Your reservation is held while you complete payment and confirmed the moment it clears.
How long is my booking held before I pay?
Thirty minutes. If payment is not completed in that window the hold is released and the room or cottage goes back on sale — so it is worth having your payment method ready before you start.
What timezone are the dates in?
Every date and time on this site is Philippine Standard Time (UTC+8), regardless of where you are or how your device clock is set. If you are booking from abroad, the date you select is the date the front desk will expect you.
Can I change or cancel a booking?
Changes and cancellations are handled directly by the resort. Call +63 925 600 8088 or email booking@campuestohanhighlandresort.com.ph with your booking reference to hand.
During your visit
Is entrance included in a room or cottage booking?
Entrance and pool access are covered. Rides and adventures are charged separately, per person, at the ride itself.
Do I need to book adventures in advance?
No. Rides are paid on the day at the ride, and cannot be reserved ahead. Only rooms and cottages need booking.
Can we bring our own food?
Policies on outside food change from time to time, and there are restaurants and stalls on the grounds. Call ahead if you are planning a large party or bringing catering.
What should we bring?
A jacket. The resort sits 1,200 feet up and the evenings are markedly cooler than Bacolod, which surprises most first-time visitors. Otherwise: swimwear, a towel, sunscreen, and cash for the rides.
Getting there
How far is it from Bacolod?
About an hour by car, climbing from Bacolod through Talisay City. There is an alternate route via Brgy. Granada and Alangilan.
Is there a shuttle?
Yes — a daily shuttle runs between Bacolod and the resort for ₱100 per person each way, picking up on Circumferential Road, between Motortrade East and KFC East. Times are on the Getting Here page.
Can any car make the climb?
The last stretch is steep. Most vehicles manage it, but a car with reasonable power makes the drive far more comfortable, especially with a full load.
