A room is an overnight stay, booked by the night — you check in from 2:00 PM and check out by 12:00 PM the following day. A cottage is day use: a shaded spot by the pools that is yours for a single day, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Cottages have no overnight component at all.

Bookings are paid online which accepts QR PH (e.g. Maya wallet, GCash, bank wallet), credit and debit cards. Your reservation is held while you complete payment and confirmed the moment it clears.

Thirty minutes. If payment is not completed in that window the hold is released and the room or cottage goes back on sale — so it is worth having your payment method ready before you start.

Every date and time on this site is Philippine Standard Time (UTC+8), regardless of where you are or how your device clock is set. If you are booking from abroad, the date you select is the date the front desk will expect you.

You may cancel at least a day prior. 1. If you booked online, email back the confirmation you received and request for cancellation, rebooking or refund. 2. If you called to make reservations, call the booking office within office hours to cancel your booking.

Yes, the resort is open on holidays. If you will stay overnight, please secure your room reservation as early as possible, as the booking office may not be open on those days.

The Campuestohan Highland Resort booking office is located at Bacolod TP Truckers, Gonzaga St., Bacolod City.

Entrance and pool access are covered. Rides and adventures are charged separately, per person, at the ride itself.

No. Rides are paid on the day at the ride, and cannot be reserved ahead. Only rooms and cottages need booking.

Outside food and drinks are allowed as long as you have a room or cottage. Outside food is not allowed in these areas: • Restaurant • Raphaella Mill rooms and lobby • Open resort grounds No cooking or grilling in or near the rooms or cottages. Common grill areas are available at a ₱40 grill fee.

A jacket. The resort sits 1,200 feet up and the evenings are markedly cooler than Bacolod, which surprises most first-time visitors. Otherwise: swimwear, a towel, sunscreen, and cash for the rides.

Pets are allowed for day trips, provided they stay inside the cottage. Please keep them away from the pool area, restaurant, children's playground, hanging bridge and rides. Pets are strictly not allowed overnight.

There is wifi in the resort, but it is not dependable, as we do not have a direct internet line there and rely on point-to-point access. Smart has a better signal than Globe.

The entrance fee is ₱250 per person, with free use of the swimming pool and children's playground.

Yes. Entrance from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM is ₱150 per person and includes use of the regular pool until 8 PM. The wave pool, water park and rides are closed at that hour.

Rooms include free entrance, free use of the pools, and free breakfast.

An extra person is ₱800, with entrance fee and breakfast included. Please note that each room has a limit on the number of guests allowed.

Children 2 years old and below are free in the resort. Children 3 years and above are considered regular pax. All children must be accompanied by an adult.

Yes, a 20% discount applies, to the senior's own share only.

The last stretch is steep. Most vehicles manage it, but a car with reasonable power makes the drive far more comfortable, especially with a full load.
